• Studio time can be booked via this form up to two weeks in advance.
• Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of the start of the rental to avoid any cancelation fees. 
• If you are booking for regular weekly classes or meetings, do not use this form. For regularly scheduled rentals, or to book further in advance, please fill out the rental request form below or contact Shay to arrange.
• All bookings must be made and overseen by current renters. 
• Rentals are subject to the same stipulations set forth in your rental agreement regarding liability, insurance, care for the space, etc. By making any booking, you are agreeing to the same policies therein (deposits, cancellation, and renewal policies excluded).
• Book for your correct use: different “services” represent different purposes:

Non-Rev/Personal: This heavily discounted rate is available for the personal enrichment and growth of our regular renters. For non-revenue activities only (personal practice, solo rehearsal, etc), for one participant. To arrange group rehearsals or other rentals, use the regular rental rate.

Regular Rental: This discounted rental rate is for group rehearsals AND/OR private lessons or other revenue-generating activities. If teaching lessons, you must carry instructors insurance as outlined in your rental agreement. 

Note that should a conflict arise, full time/full rate studio rentals will take precedence. SDR will notify as far in advance as possible if reserved time will need to be shifted or canceled accordingly.
