Studio Deep Roots is in full operation, offering dance and movement classes, pilates, massage and acupuncture. Our welcoming space is host to mindful, skilled practitioners in a unique shared studio experience.
Our mask requirements are lifted in our common spaces as of April 1, 2022. Please speak to your individual practioners or teachers about their personal policies with regard to vaccinations or masking in their classes and private spaces.

Studio Deep Roots is an ambitious project to bring dance, music, and healing arts together in a single welcoming community space.
As a shared gathering space, we invite all who walk through our doors to feel a part of something bigger. We have multiple movement spaces for dance and yoga, as well as rooms for healing arts, such as massage, pilates, and chiropractic care. We work hard in the studio, and just steps away are the tools to heal and rejuvenate our hard-working bodies and spirits.

We have spent nearly two decades renting studios and offices around the city–learning what we liked and what we didn’t like–and applied that experience to building out our own facility. Personal touches abound, inviting everyone who walks through our doors feel at home, comfortable, safe, and welcome.
